Directions To Friendship Park from Weirton, Wheeling, and Toronto.

From Weirton

From 22, cross Veterans’ Memorial Bridge and get on OH Rt. 7.

Stay on Rt. 7 until you see the Smithfield/New Alexandria exit.

Take Smithfield/New Alexandria exit and make a right at stop sign.

You will be on this road for approximately 15 miles. Eventually you will pass Bert’s Ice Cream, a hardware shop, etc.

You will see a Marathon gas station on the left hand side.

After you pass the gas station, you will make a right towards Friendship Park. You will be on this road for 1-2 miles.

Then, there will be a junction for Rt. 151.

You will make a right at that intersection (to Friendship Park).

After you turn, travel approximately ¼ to ½ a mile, and Friendship Park will be on your right. You will need to drive on this road for a couple of miles.

You will see ponds/lakes on both sides (Watch out for the ducks!).

The road will curve to the left, and you will go up a slight hill. You will see a playground on the right and a military memorial on the left. Go just a bit further and you will see the admission tent for the Summer Bash!

From Toronto

Stay on Rt. 7 (go past Steubenville) until you see the Smithfield/New Alexandria exit.

Take Smithfield/New Alexandria exit and make a right at stop sign.

You will be on this road for approximately 15 miles.

From Wheeling

From I-70, take Exit 0 towards Wheeling Island.

Make a slight right onto US-250 / US-40 / Zane St. Continue to follow US-250 / US-40 (Crossing into OHIO).

Turn right on Rt. 7.

Keep going north until you see the Smithfield/New Alexandria exit (You will pass Martin’s Ferry, Rayland, Yorkville, etc.)

Take that exit and continue towards New Alexandria. You will be on this road for approximately 15 miles. Eventually you will pass Bert’s Ice Cream, a hardware shop, etc.

You will see a Marathon gas station on the left hand side.
